ComicZeal Sync lets you shrink your comics and move them into your ComicZeal collection.
Drag your comic files into ComicZeal Sync and watch them get shrunk. The program reads cbr,cbz,rar,zip,pdf files and if given a folder full of images will turn it into a comic.
Also using the rename panel you can categorize your files into series, set individual issue names or change their numbering.
